Аннотация. В статье рассматривается динамика социально-психологических показателей командного взаимодействия студентов-киберспортсменов в условиях краткосрочного организационно-психологического воздействия. Исследование выполнено в квазиэкспериментальном дизайне с участием 61 студента-киберспортсмена: 30 человек вошли в контрольную группу, 31 человек – в экспериментальную группу. В экспериментальной группе была реализована программа «Вектор взаимодействия», направленная на оптимизацию групповой коммуникации. Контрольная группа продолжала обычную деятельность в рамках компьютерного спорта. В исследовании использовались диагностика лидерских способностей, КОС-2, методика Ф. Фидлера и шкала «тренер–спортсмен» ТС-1. Значимые изменения были выявлены по коммуникативным склонностям, психологической атмосфере и эмоциональному компоненту взаимодействия с тренером. Лидерские способности, организаторские склонности, гностический и поведенческий компоненты «тренер–спортсмен» остались относительно устойчивыми. Полученные данные свидетельствуют о различной степени пластичности компонентов командного взаимодействия.

of Team Interaction between Cybersport Students
in the Context of Socio-Psychological Training

Abstract. The article examines the dynamics of socio-psychological indicators of team interaction between cybersport students in the context of short-term organizational and psychological impact. The study was carried out in a quasi-experimental design with the participation of 61 cybersport students: 30 people were included in the control group, 31 people were represented in the experimental one. The “Interaction Vector” program aimed at optimizing group communication was put into action in the experimental group. The control group continued their regular activity within eSports. The research used the leadership abilities diagnosing, KOS2, F. Fiedler’s methodics, and the TS1 coach-athlete scale. Significant changes were revealed in the communicative inclinations, the psychological atmosphere, and the emotional component of interaction with a coach. Leadership abilities, organizational inclinations, gnostic and behavioral components of “coach-athlete” remained relatively stable. The data obtained indicate a different degree of plasticity of the team interaction components.
